Incumbent Bids

Terms and refunds

Last updated October 20, 2026. Incumbent Bids is a TED Tools product, run from Ohio. Contact: hello@incumbentbids.com.

What you get

One email each weekday morning listing open federal janitorial, custodial, grounds and snow solicitations on SAM.gov in the states, trades and set-aside you chose. Where we can find one in USAspending.gov, each bid shows the likely current contractor and that contractor's award. The same method is described on the front page.

What the list is, and isn't

The list comes from public government data and an automatic match. The "likely incumbent" is our best match, not a certainty: a base can run several cleaning contracts, and new requirements have no incumbent. Due dates and requirements come from the notice and can change by amendment. The official solicitation on SAM.gov is always the source to price and bid from. This is a research tool, not legal, procurement or financial advice, and we aren't affiliated with SAM.gov, GSA or any government agency.

Free week

The free week starts when you click the link in the confirmation email and lasts 7 days. No card is asked for. On the last day we send one email with the price. If you do nothing, the emails stop.

Price and billing

$19 a month for the first 25 subscribers (the founding rate), locked for as long as you stay subscribed. After that the price is $29 a month. Billing is monthly, in advance, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change on your subscription, and the founding rate itself never goes up.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing link in any digest, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the digest continues to the end of the month you've paid for. No phone call, no retention offer.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days of a charge, we refund that month in full. No reason needed: email hello@incumbentbids.com from the address you subscribed with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Fair use

The digest is for your own business. Please don't resell or republish it in bulk. We may end a subscription that's being resold, with a prorated refund.

If something goes wrong

When a source can't be checked, the email says so instead of going quiet. If we miss a day, tell us and we'll credit the time. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we'll email subscribers before the change takes effect.
