What we collect

Only what you type into the signup form: your email, the states you work in, the trades and set-aside you pick, and any note you leave. We also record the time you signed up and that you ticked the consent box. To stop a bot from flooding the form, we keep a one-way hash of your connection's IP address for one hour, and then it deletes itself; the IP address itself is never stored. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts or fonts on this site.

Why

To send you the digest you asked for, filtered the way you asked, and to answer your note. That's all.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (the service that hosts this site). Once email sending is live, your address is passed to our email provider, Resend, only to deliver the digest. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

Deleting it

Every digest has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your record deleted entirely, email hello@incumbentbids.com or reply to any digest from the same address. We delete the stored record (email, states, trades, set-aside, note, dates) within 7 days and write back to confirm. If you were a paying subscriber, Stripe keeps the payment record that tax law requires; we can't delete that one.

Children

This service is for businesses. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
